 We offer general physical therapy for Parkinson patients, LSVT Big program, and Rock steady boxing.

Injury Prevention and Overall Strengthening


We offer cycling class for the general public, and post physical therapy rehab in our wellness center.  We also offer functional dry needling services. 

Helping hands in Haiti


Peloton Physical Therapy continues to support the Hospital Albert Schweitzer in Deschappelles, Haiti through their department of rehabilitation.  Matt Dvorak has visited on several occasions to assist prior to, and following the earthquake of 2010.  Matt has developed a relationship with the Hospital Albert Schweitzer Physical Therapy department, and was able to help assist it's development since 2009.  Our continued support of HAS has enabled the hospital and surrounding areas provide needed outpatient physical therapy services to the people of the Artibonite Valley area serviced by

Our Team

Matt Dvorak


Matt is originally from Harrisburg, SD and attended Mount Marty College in Yankton where he graduated with a BA in Biology in 1987. He attended Wichita State University Department of Health Sciences and graduated in 1989 with a BS in Physical Therapy. He has practiced since graduation at Sacred Heart Hospital, Pender Community Hospital, Sacred Heart Hospital as the director of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies, as well as the Athletic Training staff. He also was the Executive Director of Missouri Sports Medicine at that time. He later worked for Aegis Therapies in Hartington and Wausa, NE. He started the Physical Therapy Department at Lewis and Clark Orthopedic and Sports Therapy. He currently owns and operates, as well as practices at Peloton Physical Therapy which was opened in 2012. 

Matt is married with three children, Derek, Dustin, and Danielle. He enjoyes spending time with his family, riding bikes, and any other outdoor activity. Matt performs therapy on all patient populations, with an emphasis on orthopedic and sports patients. He is credentialed and licensed through the SD Board in Dry Needling techniques and performs these procedures in his clinic. He also holds 775 continuing education hours pertaining to his Physical Therapy education.

Tracie Dvorak


Tracie grew up in Gregory, South Dakota. She attended Mount Marty College where she obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing. She began working as an RN soon after where she has practiced for over 25 years. She is married to her husband, Matt,  with three children, Derek, Dustin, and Danielle. Tracie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, is an avid Nebraska Cornhuskers fan. She has been working with Peloton since 2012 as a RN and billing coordinator. She also helps to lead the biking classes that are offered at Peloton.

Rachel Conrad


Rachel grew up in St. Helena, Nebraska with "My mom and dad and 2 brothers by my side." She graduated from Wynot High School in 2009 and continued her education to Wayne State College where she graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2014 and then was accepted into the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska. Upon graduation in the fall of 2015, she "was blessed with my first job at Peloton Physical Therapy and have enjoyed every day since."

Rachel enjoys spending times outdoors with camping, riding bike, running, and hiking. Her favorite sports teams are the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Denver Broncos. Fall is her favorite season and she loves coffee, potlucks at work, spending time with family, friends, and her dog Copper. Rachel, and her husband, Josh love going on adventures and enjoying the outdoors together. She and Josh live in Vermillion, SD.

Katelyn Merritt


 Katelyn is from Columbus, NE and went to Scotus Central Catholic High School. She graduated from Midland University in 2014 with a degree in Exercise Science. While at Midland she participated in Volleyball as well as Track and Field competing in long and triple jump. She later moved to Yankton in 2016 with her husband Blake.  They have two beautiful daughters that keep them very happy and busy.  We enjoy being outside with our dog Scooter, cheering on Nebraska football and spending time with family and friends.  Katelyn has many duties at Peloton Physical Therapy assuring that our business runs smoothly.   

Kelsie Higgins


Kelsie Higgins grew up in Bow Valley, NE. She attended Wayne State College where she graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Human and Sport Physiology. In August of 2018 she graduated from Northeast Community College with an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance. She then began working at Peloton Physical Therapy and has enjoyed every minute since. Kelsie is engaged to be married in the fall of 2019 and enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, and being with friends and family.

Britney Kathol


Britney grew up on the farm near Wynot, NE with her parents and 4 younger siblings. She graduated from Wynot High School (home of the Blue Devils). She received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Human and Sport Physiology from Wayne State College and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Briar Cliff University in 2018. I have worked as a physical therapist since August 2018. She is married her husband, Curtis, who works as an auto mechanic in Hartington and farms with his family. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, spending time at the lake, and watching her younger siblings’ ball games.  She is an avid Husker Football and Volleyball fan.
